It's never too late to learn new things! Spread your wings and soar like an eagle! The pic above are the charms I made at the workshop...with Brenda's help!!
Amy and I met in Carmine at Deb Taylor's Art Bodega for our very first soldering class and loved it! Brenda Wampler taught the class. She not only teaches you how to make charms, but provides great safety tips so you don't burn the crap out of yourself!
Just being in Deb's Art Bodega is an inspirational experience! The collection of beads, charms, pieces of metal, wire, tin, art supplies is just phenomenal! You can't help being inspired and wondering what will Deb create with all her supplies!
It was fun to create and bond...not only with tape and solder...but with friends and telling stories while we work. It took me hours to create my first piece. I wanted it to be really special and cool. I wore my creations to work and had tons of compliments! Below are pics from the workshop! I can't wait for the next one!
